Since your father was a Christian musician in the 80's, what was it like for you guys growing up?

>Lots of Hall and Oates music and smooth listening music with mullets and perms going on in our household.

How do you like the music scene in the ATL?

>Haven't been home in like 2 years but Outkast is and awesome hometown band.

You recorded the album "Business Up Front Party In The Back" last year, how was the writing/recording process, and what is new about the "Diamond Edition" coming out this year?

>The Diamond Edition is basically the reason we were put on this earth! Diamonds are forever!!! We recorded 3 songs in January '07 to add to the already infamous "Business Up Front Party In The Back" because we felt we needed to give the fans some more. They liked it. We like keeping our fans fat and happy with scrumptious Diamond nuggets to chew on!

We noticed that you guys contributed the song "Mind's Eye" for the compilation album "Freaked! A Gotee Tribute to DC Talk's Jesus Freak," how did you guys feel about that? Are you guys good friends with a lot of Christian bands?

>We felt great about that track. It rules! We are friends with all sorts of bands and we are making a ton of friends on Warped tour!! We are doing a headlining tour called "DANCE RAWR DANCE" with some of our band friends called Jonezetta and another band The Secret Handshake.

We know you guys have traveled a lot since forming the band. How does it feel to play on Warped with some other pretty great bands?

>It rules! All the bands we make friends with come onstage with us and put on motor cycle helmets and costumes and dance with us. You never know who might make a guest appearance on a Family Force 5 show!!

What is something you guys can't live without on tour?

>Gold bond and peanut butter.

What has been your most anticipated album of 2007?

>Mine is "cross" by a French artist named Justice!

Where did you guys come up with the name "Family Force 5?"

>It sounded like a band Voltron, (an 80's cartoon with robots in it), would've made. Family Force 5 connect!!!!!

We've noticed that you guys have funny stage names like "Crouton" and "Soul Glow Activatur," What's all that about?

>They are our gangsta names cause we r from Atlanta!!!

Who/What influence your writing and sound ass you write lyrics and as the band as a whole creates the sound?

>I think sklyinepress.net doesn't need to cuss and maybe spell check what they send bands. Hahaha!!! (very nice ff5, you win this round! lol)
