Silverstein - Dirtfest Interview
Hey man, how's it going, could you introduce yourself and tell us your role in the band?
>I'm Paul and I play Drums for Silverstein
What are your thoughts on Dirtfest?
>We're really excited to play it, it's the first festival we've ever headlined, so we're
really looking forward to playing.
Prier to this what tours have you guys been a part of?
>Well recently, we've been up touring in Canada, and then we were also on Warped.
That's cool, now about the new record, how do you think things have gone with it?
>I'd have to say things have gone better than ever with it.
And about how long did it take for you guys to Write and record it?
>Anywhere between 4 or 5 months.
What about influences, were there any major ones in writing this album?
>Hot Water Music, Get Up Kids, basically the same stuff that's enspired us in the past.
